Brevett in Morrison bust-up
The pair were involved in a running battle throughout Sunday's contest and continued their feud in the tunnel after the final whistle.
But the war of words turned up a notch in the players' lounge after the match when Brevett reportedly told Morrison's mother: "Your son has got a big mouth," to which she replied: "He got it from me."
Morrison then arrived on the scene and a minor scuffle ensued which spilled out of the players' lounge and forced stewards to intervene.
Though neither club commented on the matter, it is not thought the incident was in danger of spiralling out of control.
During a tenacious tussle on the pitch, Birmingham ran out 1-0 victors courtesy of Jovan Kirovski's early goal.
But the encounter was overshadowed by a pernickety referee in Andy D'Urso, who showed ten yellow cards and also sent off Blues defender Darren Purse.
