Sky Blues land Sara
The 24-year-old has been training with The Sky Blues since Wednesday and put pen-to-paper on a deal that will keep him at Highfield Road until the end of May.
The Argentinian hit-man has been registered in time to possibly make his debut in English football this Saturday, when Coventry host struggling Brighton & Hove Albion in the league.
Sara originally joined Dundee from Paraguayan outfit Cerro Portino in July 2000, when then player-manager Ivano Bonetti brought him to Dens Park.
He netted 17 goals in his first season with The Dark Blues - finishing second in the SPL scoring charts behind Celtic's prolific marksman Henrik Larsson.
Meanwhile, Coventry City chairman Mark McGinnity has praised the club's playing staff for having agreed to a 12 percent wage deferral.
The Sky Blues' first team players, along with player-manager Gary McAllister, agreed to the wage deferral until the club can gain promotion back to The Premiership and become financially secure.
On the agreement, McGinnity told the Coventry Evening Telegraph: "It goes to show that we are all working as one to get the club on a sound financial footing.
"It is an excellent gesture and I am happy that we are all moving forward together."
