Cassano going nowhere - agent

ANTONIO CASSANO is 'untransferable' according to the talented Roma youngster's agent and is not heading to Chievo as a makeweight for Massimo Marazzina.

Roma paid £20 million for the striker, then 18 from Bari, but the Italian Under-21 international has been involved in a series of bust-ups with master tactician Fabio Capello and has earned himself a reputation as a spoilt brat for his reluctance to heed the advice of his learned coach.

With Argentine legend Gabriel Batistuta having left the club, Capello has tried to bring in more fire-power by tempting Chievo for Marazzina, who ironically is out of the Flying Donkeys` side for a disagreement with his coach, Luigi Del Neri.

Cassano's agent Giuseppe Bozzo however revealed: "Antonio Cassano is untransferable. There are no possibilities he could leave Roma, not even on loan."

The 20-year-old has been accused in recent weeks of showing a distinct lack of respect for his mentor and team-mates and it would appear only a change of attitude on the player's part, will reconcile the hostilities at the Stadio Olimpico.
