Leonardo leaves De Kuip
DE GRAAFSCHAP have sealed a loan swoop for Feyenoord forward Leonardo dos Santos Silva.
The 26-year-old has failed to make any sort of impact at De Kuip, since his arrival from Groningen two years ago.
Leonardo arrived in Rotterdam with a lofty reputation, after starring for Groningen and earlier Flamengo, but failed to prove himself to coach Bert van Marwijk.
The Brazilian`s contract with Feyenoord runs until 2004, but he has been told he can move on if a bidder comes forward.
The attacker will hope his spell with De Graafschap will hand him the chance to impress any interested parties in the remaining months of the season.
