Sedan want Metsu

SEDAN chairman Pascal Urano has targeted former Senegalese coach Bruno Metsu to succeed temporary manager Dominique Bethenay.

Bethenay is currently only in charge of the team until the end of the season, following Henri Stambouli's sacking earlier this term.

The Sedan supremo had wanted to bring in Metsu earlier, however the Frenchman was unable to leave his newly-penned lucrative contract with Al Ain.

However, a deal is now in place to bring Metsu in at the end of the season on one condition - that the club remains in the top flight of French football.
