Bantams swoop for Littlejohn
The former Sheffield United forward has been without a club since splitting from The Blades in the summer.
He had been training with Bradford`s Yorkshire rivals Barnsley, but has decided to link-up with the Valley Parade outfit in the hope of winning a longer-term deal.
Littlejohn will be handed the task of filling the void left by the suspended Andy Gray against Ipswich at the weekend.
The 32-year-old has been told by Bantams chairman Gordon Gibb that an extended deal could be offered if he impresses on Saturday.
Meanwhile, The Bantams are lining up a trial for Canadian international Brad Parker from Dutch giants Feyenoord.
Parker, who can play as a midfielder or defender, has had little opportunity to break into the Kuip side's first team since signing with the Rotterdam club in 1998.
After earning eight senior caps, he fell out-of-favour with the Canadian international set-up two years ago after refusing to show up for the 2000 Gold Cup tournament in California, which Canada won.
In other news, midfielder Jamie Lawrence will be out for at least four weeks after he suffered a facial injury in a non-football related incident last weekend.
