PSG eye Pedron swoop
Despite being a key member of the side last year, the 32-year-old midfielder does not play at Feliz Bollaert any more and it is clear that his future lies away from the club.
The relationship between the player and club officials have been strained even further after he refused to travel with the squad for their French Cup tie with Toulouse at the weekend.
He now looks certain to leave and PSG have contacted Lens to register their interest in him.
Pedron is not so keen on proposed moves to Troyes and Le Havre, who have already shown interest, but would be much happier moving to the capital.
Luiz Fernandez needs the winger to replace Andre Luiz so Pedron would almost be guaranteed some first team football at Parc des Princes.
The main stumbling block at the moment is that Lens are not keen on letting him join a big rival so easily.
PSG chairman Laurent Perpere has already said that he would not sign anyone until a player, probably Talal El-Karkouri, leaves the club, and this may put an end to Pedron's hopes of a big move.
