Duo to leave Roda
RODA JC duo Ger Senden and Bas Roorda are set to leave the club after turning down new deals.
Both were offered reduced deals in a bid to save much-needed funds, but the pair have declined the offer
Veteran defender Senden has fallen out-of-favour at Roda this season, while goalkeeper Roorda has just recently established himself in the starting line-up.
Senden accepted that the club needed to reduce their wages, but admitted he could not find agreement with them.
"It's logical that players have to accept less these days, but going back to a half salary is too much for me. Roda have hurt me," Senden told De Limburger.
