Ferguson lands SPL gong
RANGERS skipper Barry Ferguson has been named the SPL's Player of the Month for January.
Ferguson has been fundamental to The Gers' push for the league title and he starred in both their games in first month of the New Year.
The Scottish star scored in both games against Dundee and Hibernian respectively.
Ferguson is being strongly tipped to land the Scottish Player of the Year award and a successful capture of the SPL title from rivals Celtic should help him towards that.
