Moldovan after Nantes stay
The 30-year-old says he loves living in Western France and would love to stay with Les Canaris until he hangs up his boots.
"My dream is to end my career here," said Moldovan.
"I am ready to make financial sacrifices. Of course money is important, but I know the economical situation in football and I am realistic.
"I am very attached to Nantes, the city, and my family is happy here.
"I know I was injured for a long time. So, I don't know if the officials still rely on me."
After a long spell out with injury, Moldovan came back in style by scoring the winner in Nantes' superb 1-0 win at Auxerre.
La Beaujoire coach Angel Marcos was delighted with his comeback, and says that a contract extension could be on the cards.
"I didn't expect him to last the whole game, it was the only surprise," said Marcos.
"Last season, he already wanted to prolong his stay, he is very happy here.
"Our relationship is very good. We have to see how he and the team will evolve.
"Things can change if we will play in Europe or not."
