Coco linked with English duo

ITALIAN international Francesco Coco has attracted the interest of both Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, according to reports in Italy.

Speculation has mounted over the future of the Internazionale man, with England looking his most likely destination.

His switch from Milan to city rivals Inter does not have appeared to have settled him and reports in the Italian press have said that both Spurs and Liverpool have made contact with the Serie A side about his availability in the summer.

Coco has played 13 games in Serie A so far this season and has scored two goals in helping Inter's continuing challenge for the title.

The 26-year-old wing-back enjoyed a loan spell with Barcelona last season but did not make the move permanent and is thought to want to leave Italy.

Spurs boss Glenn Hoddle has been interested in him for some time but he has recently been joined by Gerard Houllier in the race for Coco's signature in the summer.

Coco has missed a number of games for both Inter and Italy this season due to his back problems, and there are doubts over his fitness.
