Scunthorpe Stronger with Greg
UNWANTED Hull City defender Greg Strong is set to join local rivals Scunthorpe United on Monday on a month's loan.
Strong has been told by manager Peter Taylor that he does not feature in his first team plans and will not stand in his way should he wish to join another club.
The player recently spent a month on loan with Division Two side Cheltenham Town but returned having failed to earn a permanent transfer to Bobby Gould's side.
Irons boss Brian Laws is hoping to land Strong in time to register him for the game against Cambridge United next Saturday as his side look to consolidate their place in the play-offs.
