Hannah given trial on the Seaside
BLACKPOOL have handed a trial to former Dundee United midfielder David Hannah.
The 29-year-old is available on a Bosman free after returning from a spell with Cypriot club AEL Limassol.
Hannah was released from The Terrors last March and was set for a move to Scandinavia before Limassol signed the talented midfielder last summer.
He moved on from his time in Cyprus and had a week's trial in Norway with Viking Stavanger, but he failed to impress the club enough to earn a contract.
The former Hamilton Academical and Celtic player will now try to impress The Seasiders with his abilities, as he looks to make a breakthrough in the English game.
He is likely to appear for Blackpool's reserves on Monday, when they play their counterparts from Stoke City.
