Desailly reveals Ghana desire

CHELSEA captain Marcel Desailly has revealed he would like the opportunity to coach Ghana when he hangs up his boots.

The 34-year-old admitted he would love to pass on his wealth of experience to the country of his birth.

The French international revealed he is taking his coaching licence to become a manager, but that he will first have a break from the game before going into management.

"I have many projects in TV, in radio and other things, but my project at the beginning will be the national team coach of Ghana, I would like to give back all the experience that I have," Desailly told Chelsea TV.

"I am passing the diploma to become a manager but I will rest a bit for a few years when I finish because soccer takes a lot out of you."
