Barry missed Gravesen tackle
Gravesen angered Newcastle when catching Bernard above the knee with his studs as the two challenged for the ball.
Barry waved play on, much to Newcastle`s ire, and Everton promptly went up the field and won a penalty that led to the winning goal.
The referee`s performance at Goodison Park raised eyebrows, and the FA have confirmed that Barry did not mention the incident in his match report.
With Barry not mentioning the incident, the FA must decide whether the tackle should be referred to their video review panel which could result in a suspension for the Danish international.
In other news, Magpies striker Craig Bellamy has been granted a personal hearing with the FA on April 24, where he will put his case against the charge of using abusive and insulting language to a match official during Newcastle`s defeat by Middlesbrough last month.
