Sensini signs extension
Sensini is in his second spell at Stadio Friuli after initially leaving for Parma during the 1993/94 season.
The 36-year-old rejoined Udinese last summer from the Gialloblu after also spending two years in the capital with Lazio.
In prolonging his playing career, Sensini revealed he still possesses the enthusiasm to ply his trade at the highest level.
"I've finally decided because I felt the club's esteem and physically I feel good, too," said Sensini. "Then, I have a big enthusiasm.
"Before coming back to Udine, Parma proposed me a technical job but I refused because I wanted to continue playing.
"Coming back here has been the right choice because I knew the situation and the club, and that the supporters had good memories of me."
Sensini admitted he did not know if he would retire at the end of next season but revealed he is eventually aiming to go into coaching.
He added: "After next season, I don't know if I'll come back to Argentina or if I'll stay here in Italy.
"I await proposals as a coach. I don't know if I'll be able to train but I'd like to try."
