Kluivert: We are close to Real
The Dutch forward is in confident mood ahead of the glamorous meeting on Saturday night and has demanded that the Catalans go to the Bernabeu believing they can win.
Despite having not scored against Madrid since his first season with Barca back in 1998, Kluivert is dreaming that he will find the net on this occasion.
"I do not think that there is so much of a difference between the two teams," he explained.
"The fact that we are a long way behind them in the league is not a fair reflection of how well we are capable of playing.
"If we think that we are going to lose when we go there because they are much better than us, then there is no point in playing the game.
"I am going into the game believing that I will score.
"Scoring goals is always special, but to do so against Real Madrid is even more special, so I really want to score in this game."
Kluivert was involved in the second training ground fracas at Barcelona as he argued with Thiago Motta during practice on Thursday.
Luis Enrique, who battled with Marc Overmars earlier in the week, had to separate the warring parties on this occasion.
