Heggem unaware of Rosenborg interest
LIVERPOOL defender Vegard Heggem has revealed he has not been contacted by former club Rosenborg about a return to Norway.
Rosenborg have confirmed their interest in Heggem, but the right-sided defender admits he is still to receive any offers for his services.
The Norwegian international is available on a free transfer after being told he will not be offered a new deal at Anfield this summer.
The injury-prone defender has seen his last two seasons blighted by a series of injuries and he is keen to get his career back on track.
"No, I haven't heard from them or any other clubs," Heggem told Dagbladet.
The 27-year-old has bought a house in Trondheim but he is still unsure of his future destination.
"It doesn't mean that I will live in Trondheim for ever. I still train, but I am not sure where I play next season."
