Lippi's twin hope
Juve must overturn a 2-1 deficit in the second leg of their semi-final tussle with the holders on Wednesday evening and Lippi is optimistic of victory.
The Old Lady coach is confident he knows what his players must do to knock out the star-studded Spanish side and reach the final at Old Trafford.
"We need intelligence and heart," said Lippi. "Two things that, added up together, give the right balance.
"We have a big faith in us but the probabilities to reach the final are still 50 percent for each team."
Lippi also admitted he hoped former Juve ace Zinedine Zidane is given a warm reception upon his first appearance at Stadio Delle Alpi since the Frenchman quit Turin.
He added: "I hope he could be welcomed with claps because he's a fantastic person and he deserves this. I'm sure he will feel emotional."
Juve head into the second leg on the back of securing the Scudetto for the second successive season with captain Alessandro Del Piero declaring the clash against Real the most important of the campaign.
Del Piero stated: "We have played many important matches but this is the most important one.
"We arrive from winning the championship and, to prepare better for this match, we haven't celebrated. This shows how we take care of this engagement.
"I hope Ronaldo will play. It would be beautiful beating Real with Ronaldo on the pitch.
"We must win playing at our best. Real are the strongest team in Europe. We'll be concentrated. I hope to give my help."
