Foals fans love Finn Forssell
MIKAEL FORSSELL has made himself a firm crowd favourite at Bokelbergstadion after he scored in the 3-0 win over Hansa Rostock that looks to have saved Borussia Monchengladbach from relegation.
Forssell is on-loan at the Bundesliga side after failing to land a regular starting berth at Chelsea and the young Finnish international walked out to a rapturous reception before the weekend's win.
The crowd paraded a huge flag of Finland to show their support for the young forward with an inscription saying: 'Stay here and we will make you a home', in the Finn's native tongue.
The 22-year-old joined Borussia at the turn of the year and is expected to report back to Stamford Bridge in the summer unless the club can come up with the funds to sign him on a permanent deal.
