Sierra Leone want Kabba

SIERRA LEONE have asked Sheffield United striker Steve Kabba to join their squad for the African Cup of Nations qualifier against Morocco.

The Blades star has been watched on two occasions by Sierra Leone boss Jose Antonio Noguiera but has yet to agree to play for the nation.

Kabba qualifies through his parents, and Nogueira wants the forward to slot in alongside Internazionale's Mohammed Kallon.

"I have watched Kabba play twice for Sheffield United in the FA Cup against Leeds and Arsenal and I think he is good," said the Sierra Leone boss.

"I need him, as he can partner well with Mohammed Kallon."
