Eto'o drops exit hint

SAMUEL ETO'O has admitted he could leave Mallorca this summer but insists it would only be for one of Europe's biggest clubs.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to The Premiership with both Liverpool and Tottenham mooted as possible destinations.

However, the Cameroon international believes he is already playing in the best league in the world.

"I would only leave to go to one of the big European clubs but you have to remember that the Spanish league is the best competition in the world," stated Eto'o.

The hit-man, who has notched 12 goals this campaign, was recently voted Mallorca's most popular player by the club's fans, but claims there is more to his game than just goals.

"Scoring goals is not an obsession for me, setting up goals is also important and I do that a lot."

The eccentric former Real Madrid star was also quizzed for his opinions on the saga of David Beckham joining Real, and Eto'o commented cheekily: "Beckham is better looking than me, but I am a better footballer on the pitch!"
