Macho eyes Chelsea
Macho put in some impressive displays for Sunderland earlier this season, but looks set to leave The Black Cats when his contract expires in the summer.
The player's agent Frank Schreier stated that Macho would consider acting as a reserve at Chelsea - as long as he had the safety net of a release clause if he did not play enough games in a season.
"Jurgen won't sign a long-term deal at Chelsea if it means sitting on bench," said Schreier.
"If , however, the club guarantees him a clause saying that he can leave on a Bosman free if he doesn't make enough appearances, then Chelsea is definitely an interesting club.
"However, Jurgen also has offers from Fenerbahce and Hibernian and there's interest from two Spanish clubs."
Macho stepped in after an injury to first choice Thomas Sorensen at Sunderland and produced some world class displays, including an impressive showing against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
