Burnley eye rivals' starlet
BURNLEY are believed to be eyeing Blackburn's young midfielder Neil Danns.
There are suggestions that Burnley will turn to their fierce rivals to bring in players for next season.
The Turf Moor club have already insisted that they will not be paying out anything in transfer fees this summer, and would offer the 20-year-old a year-long loan deal.
Danns has made just six appearances for Blackburn, but did start the Premiership clash against Middlesbrough.
Although Rovers would be loathe to part with the Liverpool-born starlet, a loan deal would allow the player the chance to gain more first-team experience.
Burnley are desperate to build for the coming season - with Stan Ternent releasing many established players and admitting that he would need to perform 'major surgery' on his side.
