RBC sign Molenaar
ROBERT MOLENAAR has signed a deal with RBC Roosendaal, following his release from Bradford City.
The former Leeds United defender was released by The Bantams due to their precarious financial situation.
The no-nonsense stopper was immediately approached by a host of clubs, and he has opted to return to his Dutch roots.
Molenaar has signed a one-year contract with an option for a further season.
The 34-year-old will be one component of a completely new defence at RBC, who have already brought in Sidney Lammens, Danny Hesp and Melvin Fleur from Westerlo, NEC Nijmegen and Anderlecht respectively.
