Turner eyes Tidman
SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY boss Chris Turner says that he is interested in signing Swedish goalkeeper Ola Tidman.
The talented keeper spent the back end of last season at Stockport County and starred in his 18 games between the sticks.
Hatters boss Carlton Palmer was hoping to keep the 24-year-old at Edgeley Park, but has failed to secure him on a new contract.
Tidman could now move to Division Two rivals Wednesday, with Owls boss Turner looking to bolster his goalkeeping options following the departure of Paul Evans.
Tidman played for Belgian outfit La Louviere before moving to Stockport, and he performed well to help keep Palmer's men in Division Two.
