Howarth signs for Telford
CHELTENHAM'S Neil Howarth has moved to non-league Telford.
Telford boss Mick Jones has had a busy close season and Howarth becomes the fourth new face at the club.
The midfielder was a key figure in Macclesfield's rise into the Football League and will hope he can aid Telford's bid for promotion.
Howarth is out of contract, having been told by manager Bobby Gould (pictured) he was not part of his plans, and will not cost Telford a transfer fee.
