Jorgensen and Pizarro seal Lazio moves
The Roman giants have beaten Juventus to the signing of Pizarro, who were expected to land the Chilean midfielder - but Lazio offered a better deal.
Danish winger Jorgensen also arrives to bolster Roberto Mancini's midfield, although he sacrificed Italian international Liverani and Argentine star Castroman to land the Udine aces.
Lazio also managed to persuade Udinese to loan them their Brazilian defender Alberto for the whole of next season.
Udinese confirmed the news on Wednesday and declared themselves very happy with the deal.
Meanwhile, Udinese have renewed their joint ownership agreement with Cagliari over Mauro Esposito - which sees the youngster remain in Sardinia for another season.
One player on his way back to Friuli is Gonzalo Martinez - who has completed a year's loan at Napoli.
