Partizan eye Simone
PARTIZAN BELGRADE are ready to move for Monaco's Marco Simone, as they look to reach the Champions League group stages for the first time in their history.
Partizan are keen to launch a major bid for Simone, with the Italian earmarked as a player they could build the team around.
The Belgrade side have already snapped up Tomasz Rzasa from Feyenoord, and veteran Ljubinko Drulovic, but the sales of Danko Lazovic and Dragan Vukic has given the club the funds to splash out.
Should the Serbo-Montenegrin side fail in their attempts to land Simone, then they could turn their attention to Romanian Adrian Ilie.
Ilie is keen to leave current Spanish club Alaves after they were relegated to Segunda Liga, and could be lined up by Partizan.
