Feyenoord to fight for Bosvelt
The midfielder`s future has been cast into doubt by the recent sales of big name stars from De Kuip.
He was handed back the captaincy at the start of the week and reports emerged on Wednesday which suggested Manchester City were plotting a raid on Rotterdam.
Feyenoord chairman Jorien van den Herik has responded to the speculation, saying they will not allow Bosvelt to follow the likes of Pierre van Hooijdonk, Brett Emerton and Bonaventure Kalou out of the club.
The player`s agent claimed his client would consider a move, but the club are not looking to let him go.
"I will not cooperate in the departure of Bosvelt," van den Herik told Studio Sport.
"It is not something I want to happen and will not be possible."
