Bell offered Pirates deal
The midfielder has impressed the Pirates boss with his displays in pre-season friendlies against Wolves and non-league Clevedon Town this summer.
The former Barnet and Stevenage Borough man played in the West Country club's reserves last season and looks to have shown enough to stay at The Memorial Stadium.
"We saw him last year and appreciate that he is a very gifted player," Graydon told the club's official website.
Graydon has been casting his eye over a host of fresh faces, with the striking duo of Dundee United's Allan Smart and Mansfield Town's Andy White currently training with the club.
In a friendly at non-league Cirencester Town this week, Graydon also ran the rule over four youngsters.
Aston Villa defender Ben Whillit, former Barry Town striker Kritian Hanbury and the midfield duo Gillingham's James Miller and Charlton Athletic's Alan Webster all got a run out with The Pirates.
Meanwhile, the club's pre-season plans have been hit by the news that new signing Kevin Miller will undergo knee cartilage surgery.
The former Exeter City goalkeeper will know how long he will be out following the operation, causing another headache for Graydon.
"Kevin's injury has come as a little bit of a shock to us all, but he goes into hospital for a cartilage operation today (Thursday) and we hope he won't be out of action for too long," said Graydon.
"It never rains but it pours, as the saying goes. Kevin passed his medical examination, before signing, without any problems, so this news was totally unexpected.
"We are hoping that he only has a minor tear in his cartilage, although we won't know the extent of the damage until the surgeon has performed the operation."
In other news, former striker Vitaly Astafjevs has joined Austrian side Admira Wacker on a free transfer.
