Svard looks to future
Svard has impressed over the summer for The Gunners, and believes that his time will come to show what he can do.
The 20-year-old defender claims to be very much part of manager Arsene Wenger's plans, but has admitted he would like a spell out on loan to gain experience.
"It is just the experience which is lacking," Svard told Onside.dk.
"I am fully on the same level as others at Arsenal.
"[Wenger] has big plans for me and I am confident my time at Arsenal will come - something I am looking forward to.
"I have told Wenger that I am too good to play in the reserves and maybe I could be sent on loan to another club to play some important matches and return stronger to Arsenal."
Svard believes that stability at the club will hold it in good stead.
"It is better to have a side that is homogenous rather than trying to build a new side like Chelsea," added the Danish youngster.
"I do not believe that they will gain much out of the new players in coming seasons.
"It takes time to build a side and that they will learn at Chelsea."
