Chesterfield seal Gus deal
CHESTERFIELD have completed the signing of Dutch defender Gus Uhlenbeek.
The 32-year-old former Ipswich and Fulham star has been training with The Spireites and has impressed enough to land a permanent deal.
"Although I had a few other options, manager Roy McFarland sold the club to me," said Uhlenbeek.
"I am very happy with the players I have a seen here and we could be in for a good season.
"I am still ambitious and want to win things so to end as high as possible in the division with Chesterfield is my personal target for the season."
