Stuttgart secure Centurion deal
STUTTGART have completed the signing of Argentinian midfielder Emanuel Centurion after resolving their wrangle with Velez Sarsfield.
The Bundesliga outfit's swoop for the 20-year-old was in jeopardy regarding the price tag put on Centurion's head.
Velez were demanding ‚é¼2 million for the talented playmaker with Stuttgart coach Felix Magath reluctant to shell out that figure.
But it now appears the two clubs have reached a compromise to enable Centurion to seal a switch to Stuttgart.
Magath desperately wanted to add Centurion's creativity to his squad and the Argentine ace has penned a five-year contract.
