Diamonds trial Kitson
RUSHDEN & DIAMONDS have handed a trial to former West Ham United man Paul Kitson.
The 32-year-old has seen his career ravaged by injury, and was released by fellow Second Division side Brighton & Hove Albion this summer.
The Diamonds are keen to boost their squad, and should Kitson find the form that he showed earlier in his career, he would be a fine acquisition at Nene Park.
The striker has played for the likes of Derby County, Newcastle United, Charlton Athletic and Crystal Palace, and brings a wealth of experience with him.
