Kily admits transfer difficulty
The Argentine ace finally appears on the cusp of clinching a switch to Giuseppe Meazza, with all parties nearing an agreement.
The key stumbling block to concluding the deal is believed to be Kily Gonzalez's request for a transfer bonus from Valencia as Inter have offered him lower terms than he currently earns.
The Spanish outfit are understood to have rejected this demand with the left-sided player revealing the difficulty in making the move to Serie A.
"We'll see (what happens)," said Kily Gonzalez. "Inter are a big team.
"If (Hector) Cuper wants me it is because he considers me to be apt for Italian football.
"Negotiations have been opened a few times previously and in this period it hasn't been simple working with so many rumours about my transfer."
Inter coach Cuper is currently satisfied with his summer activity in the transfer market but revealed Kily Gonzalez could join the Nerazzurri.
He stated: "I'm satisfied with Inter's market. Wingers have arrived.
"(Andy) Van der Meyde and Luciano are two pure wingers. It could be that a third one will arrive."
The Nerazzurri meanwhile are stepping up their hunt for defensive reinforcements after losing Francesco Coco to injury.
One option available is to resume negotiations with Chievo Verona regarding their left back Salvatore Lanna.
