Hierro - It's Qatar or retirement
FERNANDO HIERRO has revealed he will continue his career in Qatar or retire altogether from the professional game.
The Spanish international defender was released by Real Madrid during the summer, but has now revealed he is only contemplating two options for his future.
"They are the only two alternatives that I am thinking about. I will play in Qatar or I will retire," said the 35-year-old.
"This is the decision I have taken and my idea is that everything should be resolved this week.
"Clearly I would like to continue playing football and the Qatar option is the most interesting of all."
