Dublin - English game is racist
ASTON VILLA striker Dion Dublin has caused controversy by accusing the game in England of institutional racism.
The former England international says a racist element within the game is preventing black players from going on to coaching and management roles.
The ex-Manchester United man told a BBC documentary, The Colour of Football: "I think there is an element of racism within choosing your staff.
"We haven't got a lot of important people in high places, black people, as regards football.
"So I think that is where we have to start and look carefully as to how we change that. It is not good if you have a one-race staff, and I think we do at the moment."
