Rosicky fears for Dortmund exit

CZECH REPUBLIC international playmaker Tomas Rosicky fears that Borussia Dortmund's financial problems could force the German club to sell him against his will to the highest bidder.

The Westfalenstadion outfit are currently trying to convince players to accept a pay-cut of 20 percent after the club failed to qualify for the lucrative Champions' League and Rosicky is afraid that the club can no longer afford his services if no compromise can be found.

"Nobody is happy about those proposals to cut the wages and the atmosphere in the club is not very good at the moment," Rosicky complained.

"The club says if the players won't agree to the plans, they'll have to sell and I expect that my name features on the agenda."

There would be no shortage of interest in the gifted 22-year-old, who is currently regarded as one of Europe's best young midfielders and Dortmund would expect at least around ‚é¼10 million for the gifted schemer.
