Freddie still shouldering pain
The Arsenal ace is suspended for Saturday's qualifier against San Marino but will return next Wednesday for the meeting with Poland.
Ljungberg is expecting a tough test against the Poles despite Sweden's convincing 3-0 win on home soil.
"It felt good against Poland in Stockholm," stated Ljungberg. "But we should not forget that it is a different matter to play down there.
"It's a truly different side we will face. If we are lucky, it (qualification) might be settled by Wednesday.
"I am not thinking about San Marino at all. I am suspended then and am just focusing on the Poland match."
On the injury front, Ljungberg admits he is still feeling the effects of the shoulder injury sustained in the Community Shield last month.
The midfielder missed last month's Sweden friendly against Greece and revealed the problem is still causing him some distress.
He added to Sportbladet: "I have started well and got the pace back. I feel strong, that is nice.
"It's getting better but it is not all well. It hurts tremendously to get in a tackle."
