Seedorf set for talks
CLARENCE SEEDORF is set for crunch talks with Dutch coach Dick Advocaat about his role in the national squad.
The Milan man was axed for the recent Euro 2004 qualifiers with Austria and Czech Republic.
Defeat in Prague consigned Holland to the Euro 2004 play-offs, and Seedorf is looking to speak with Advocaat to see what, if any, role he will play.
"The time is right for us to talk, as I want explanations about the situation," Seedorf told De Telegraaf.
Advocaat has always maintained the door will stay open for players to force their way in and, in light of recent results, Seedorf could be handed a reprieve for the play-offs.
