Roberto Carlos KO confirmed
Real Madrid defender Roberto Carlos has been ruled out for between two and three weeks after tests confirmed he had torn a hamstring muscle.
The Brazilian full back picked up the injury in Tuesday's UEFA Champions League clash with Partizan Belgrade.
Real doctors have classed the injury as a 'light tear', and the South American is expected to recover from the problem without complications.
Roberto Carlos will definitely miss his side's trip to Sevilla at the weekend, but Real are hopeful he could be back in action by the time the team face Albacete on November 23.
The reigning Spanish champions have, though, been handed a boost with the news that Ivan Helguera will be fit to travel to Sevilla after overcoming a number of minor injury niggles.
