Kluivert: I am the complete forward

Barcelona striker Patrick Kluivert considers himself the complete forward, claiming he has a goal-poachers instinct coupled with a few 'other qualities'.

He also felt that the doctors at the Camp Nou should not force Ronaldinho to play too early after his injury.

Kluivert was hitting out at stories claiming Barcelona are looking to sign a goalscorer, a rumour which has persisted since last season.

"I've scored a lot goals in these past six seasons and if you ask me whether I am a goal-poacher, then yes and no," Kluivert said.

"I've got a bit of everything and I think that it makes me a more complete player."

Regarding playing Ronaldinho against Real Madrid, Kluivert said: "If he was at one hundred percent, I would be glad for him to play.

"He is a great player, but in our team we have players who can play just as well."

He finished his press conference with a resounding yes when asked whether Barcelona would beat Real Madrid at the weekend.

But he also felt that the lack of goals they showed during the 0-0 home draw against Valladolid was a question of luck.

"You can't talk to much about luck as you have to have a bit of luck in everything you do," he said.

"Against Valladolid we lacked something, not all of it was down to luck."

Kluivert was adamant that Barcelona have to win their home games, he said regarding the 12 points from 21 points they have managed this season at the Camp Nou.

The Dutch international also maintained that Barca's objective this season is finishing in the top four of La Liga, rather than winning the UEFA Cup or the Copa del Rey.

"The most important thing is finishing the season in a Champions League spot, that is for sure," he concluded.

"If we finish in the top four this season will have gone well for us."
