Deisler demands apology
The talented midfielder is currently being treated in a Munich clinic for depression and recent comments from the club have forced the 23-year-old to defend his personal life.
Deisler has demanded an apology from Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness, who has hinted that his friends were not the sort of people to aid his recovery.
Hoeness has previously commented: ''It is important to distinguish between people who want to help him and those who don't.''
Deisler, whose absence has been sorely missed by Bayern this season, has responded to Hoeness' claims in an interview with Berlinger Tagesspiegal.
He said: ''How am I supposed to get better with all this stuff going on around me?
''Who has the right to spy on me and check out who my friends are? Who has the right to criticise my private life in public.
''My friends need to be rehabilitated in the public eye through an official apology.''
