Molby completes double deal
After contractual talks earlier in the week, the Harriers chief has revealed the signing of Swansea City's Lee Jenkins on a free transfer and Scott Rickards from Tamworth.
Molby has worked with Jenkins before, having handed the former Welsh under-21 international his debut for Swansea as a 17-year-old.
The 24-year-old utility man made over 180 appearances for the Swans during seven years at the Vetch Field and enjoyed his most consistent period under Molby's stewardship.
Molby is delighted with his latest signing and predicts the Pontypool-born man will provide some much needed steel to Aggborough.
''Lee is the type of player I think we have been missing,'' Molby said. ''He's young, competitive and plays the game at a high pace.
''He's not afraid to get stuck in and do the ugly jobs that are not always appreciated.
''I think at times we have been too easy to play against, hopefully Lee will toughen us up.''
Molby has indicated that Jenkins will be utilised in midfield, although he is equally accomplished in a full back role.
Jenkins has also been cleared to play in Kidderminster's glamour FA Cup tie against Wolves, having only featured as an unused substitute in this year's competition.
Rickards became Molby's second signing of the week, after the club agreed an undisclosed fee with Tamworth for the promising striker.
Molby had a bid rejected earlier in the week, but has now confirmed the signing after further negotiations with the Conference club.
