Ince: I want to be Inter boss
The 36-year-old, who decided to play another season for the Black Country club following their promotion from Division One last season, is already looking ahead to a career in coaching and management.
The former West Ham United, Manchester United, Inter, Liverpool and Middlesbrough man has been pondering an end to his playing days in recent months.
Ince knows he will have to work his way up the ranks in the management arena but hopes he will have the chance to one day take charge of the Nerazzurri.
"I see myself as a manager. Being in charge at Inter would be my dream job," revealed Ince.
"I'm not kidding. I speak the language and though I know I'm going to have to serve my time first, finishing up as boss of Inter would be the one for me.
"One of my few regrets is leaving Milan.
"I definitely want to be a boss and accept that I will have to go through the ranks like Tony Adams (Wycombe Wanderers manager).
"You can get lucky, just look at Chris Coleman at Fulham.
"I'd like to think that if I managed abroad, I could drum a bit of English mentality into players.
"It's a dream but then dreams do sometimes come true."
