Simeone's Argentina wish
Atletico Madrid midfielder Diego Simeone says that he could still do a job for Argentina, and would like to end his career in his homeland.
The 33-year-old says that he will be available should Argentina come calling and believes he has not played his final game for his country.
"It's logical to have younger players in the team, but I still feel I haven't played my last match," said Simeone.
"In case Marcelo Bielsa needs, I will be there."
The former Lazio and Internazionale man has helped Atletico up into fourth place in La Liga so far this term, but hopes to end his career back in Argentina.
"I got really emotional about my country and I started to wonder: 'Why can't I end my career in Argentina?'
"The answer is that nobody has ever proposed me that, perhaps because they think I'm just focused in Europe."
Simeone has always admitted being a Racing fan, but he did not disclose whether that would be the team.
"You never know, you never know."
