Vogel back for Swiss
The PSV Eindhoven midfielder, who played in the Uefa Cup quarter final defeat to Newcastle United recently, has recovered from a hip problem to push his claims for a place in Kobi Kuhn's Euro 2004 plans.
Influential defender Murat Yakin is still missing, and running out of time if he is to take his place in the summer's showpiece tournament, and Werder Bremen's Ludovic Magnin is another absentee with a thigh injury.
Christoph Spycher, the Grasshopper Zurich man, is back in a 23-man squad, and striker Daniel Gygax and midfielder Johann Lonfat have been handed the opportunity to grab a place on the plane for Portugal.
