Drogba hip injury 'not serious'
Didier Drogba picked up a hip injury in Marseille's defeat to Monaco - but it does not look likely to rule the prolific forward out of the Uefa Cup final.
Monaco edged the match by a single goal - and to add injury to insult Drogba picked up a nasty looking knock.
However, the Ivorian should make a speedy return according to the club doctor who said: "The end of his season is not threatened."
Drogba faces further medical tests early this week, but the indications look promising.
The big Ivory Coast international has picked up the Player of the Year award in Le Championnat and is the top scorer in the Uefa Cup.
