Pauleta slams exit talk
The free-scoring Portuguese international has had a fine season with PSG, netting 16 goals in the league.
Despite impressing the club's officials and stating he has no wish to leave, the former Bordeaux man has been persistently linked with the Parc des Princes exit door.
Pauleta has now tried to nail down the rumours by declaring he is 100 percent sure he will remain with PSG.
"I am more than certain to stay at PSG!" Pauleta told L'Equipe. "I scored 16 goals in Le Championnat and four in Coupe de France.
"So I can't understand why today everyone is talking about my departure.
"I am certain at more than 100 percent to stay at Paris.
"It is true I can be better. But I didn't come to become the best Championnat scorer, rather for the club to reach its aims."
It has been suggested that Pauleta will look to move back to Portugal, but he says he intends to honour his contract with PSG.
"I will only return to Portugal when I terminate my contract at PSG," he added. "Meanwhile I will stay for three reasons: 1. It is out of question to leave without having played in the Champions League with PSG. 2. The coach and the chairman don't want me to leave. 3. I am fine here."
